A range of techniques are used involving a combination of hands on therapy through deep tissue work, fascial counterstain methods, cupping, hot stones, with the option for kinesio taping as needed to encourage continued relief long after your session.

Our online fitness programming service is designed for individuals seeking to improve functional movement and overall physical performance. It s a great option for those that are unsure where to begin with a structured exercise routine, or who are looking to improve in their already active lifestyle. Each program is personalized based on an in person assessment, aligning your plan with your goals, abilities, and lifestyle. Programs are created to last for 6 weeks, with optional weekly check ins. It's a great cost effective alternative to in person training, and great for self motivated individuals who value flexibility and consistency.

Jennifer Payton is a dynamic massage therapist, personal trainer, and yoga instructor with more than 15 years of experience in the fitness and wellness field. After eight years working in the physical therapy setting, she forged her own path and now specializes in fascial counterstrain, an advanced and highly effective manual therapy technique.
Jennifer is passionate about helping people of all ages, activity levels, and movement abilities reclaim pain‑free function. Her approach blends manual treatment, yoga, and corrective exercise to improve movement patterns, reduce imbalances, and support the body’s natural healing capabilities.
Dedicated to lifelong learning, Jennifer continually deepens her knowledge of anatomy, movement, and therapeutic techniques to better serve her clients.
